The C-ACE Helper is for those who wish to support the convention. They get a free t-shirt, reserved front-row seating for Saturday night events and our profound gratitude. (Due to rising costs, the Sponsor Lunch had to be discontinued. Our apologies.)

Supporting memberships receive the convention book in the mail and our thanks. This can be upgraded to full at-the-door membership by paying the price difference.

If you purchase a Day Pass and decide to return for a second day, you will be upgraded to a full weekend membership.

Payment in US Funds

U.S. memberships can be purchased at the following rates, subject to change. Please verify this web site for the most current rates before sending payment. Payment can be made by personal or certified cheque, international money order, or through PayPal.

• Pre-Registration until May 4, 2007: US$30
• Helper: US$60 and above
• Supporting: US$15

  * You can pay at the door in US dollars, but the price cannot be guaranteed until the day of the convention due to fluctuating exchange rates. It should be within a few dollars of US$38 for a full weekend and US$17/$21 for a day pass. If you want Canadian dollars, most automated tellers accept US bank/credit cards (Most and Plus systems), or you can visit one of several currency exchange counters in the city (list provided on request).

Youth Registration (ages 14 to 17)

Please be aware that the general convention’s common areas have a rating limit analogous to AA-14. Youths are welcome and may attend most events (excluding life drawing), however, as they are legally minors we require one of the following:

• A letter of permission from a parent or guardian, which can be found on our Forms page.

or

• That a parent or legal guardian be present at registration for payment or badge pickup. The parent or guardian need not buy a membership.

Children (ages 13 and under)

As we do not provide child-sitting activities or capability, we ask that all children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Please be aware that our activities are aimed at older youths and adults, so it is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to determine if the event is suitable for their child.

Receipts

A confirmation notice will be sent by e-mail within two weeks of receipt of your registration. Please notify us if you want a postal confirmation by requesting one and including a self-addressed enveloped (stamped if within Canada) along with your pre-registration; please allow then up to four weeks for delivery.
