The C-ACE Dealers Room is where you can find artists, writers, crafters, jewellers, costumers and other types who sell all the great stuff they have created. You can also find a few commercial dealers. It's a mix of the traditional Dealers room and Artist Alley found at other conventions.

Dealers Tables

Half-table spaces (either 3' or 4' x 2.5', depending on the table) are $15 each. We only make a few full tables available ($30) in order to have as many dealers as possible; they are first-come first-serve. Please enquire first about availability. (We'll note here when they sell out.)

We know the price increased a lot from last year, but we have to be more realistic in renting table space. It's still not a lot of money, and is still the best deal around for a Dealers Room space.

Table space is only guaranteed once paid.

Payment method can be cheque or Paypal. In addition to payment, you must send in the Dealers Form. This can be printed with your cheque, emailed as a filled Text file to the dealers address, or emailed as a scanned copy of the filled in form or Text file.

If paying by Paypal, please bundle your payment with your pre-registration payment. You can find the Paypal forms on the Online Registration page.

Table rules:

• You can reserve tables for 1 day, 2 days or the whole weekend
• You must be at your table a reasonable amount of the time (generally 60%). If we find that you leave your table unattended too much, we reserve the right to rent out the table space to someone else after a fair warning. You are allowed one assigned helper to cover for you if you have to leave; please register them at the Dealer Reg table first so we know they're supposed to be there.
• When requesting a table, please indicate any special needs you may require (wall space, electrical outlets, easy access for reduced mobility, etc.)
• For non-commercial dealers, you must have created at least 50% of what you are selling.
• All merchandise must follow the 14A rating of the Convention. No R-rated or adult material can be displayed in the Dealers Room or any other convention function rooms. We will monitor this closely.
• Fan art is allowed, but we ask that it is of original nature, not poses copied from existing commercial or copyrighted material.

Canadian Dealers

Due to new regulations, you are responsible to get your own Ontario Sales Permit in order to be a vendor. It is free and can be obtained by a simple 5-minute phone call. Any sales taxes will also be your responsibility. Information on getting the Permit is clearly explained in the Canadian Dealers Information Packet, and when receiving the Permit, you will have instructions on remitting the sales tax. (It's all made to be easy, since we're basically operating the same as a flea market.)

We can provide you with a sales tracking sheet for your convenience, with pre-printed tax calculations, which you can use towards calculating your sales through the weekend. You may also want to use a small receipt book for better tracking.

Commercial Dealers

Commercial dealers are $60 and approved on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at dealers@c-ace.org for more information.

U.S. Dealers
